About the Event
A workshop (2-days; 2 hours/day) that will give you an understanding of the Start-Up Valuation Model and Venture Capital Funding techniques. In this workshop you will get a hands-on experience of building a Start-up Valuation Model using multiple techinques.
The case study based model will cover
1) Start-up Valuation Models - VC Method, Going Conern Method, Adjusted Method for Survival
2) Pre-Money & Post- Money Valuations
3) Owneship Dilution Analysis
4) Estimating Beta - Total Beta, Unlevered Beta Calculations
5) Adjusted DCF with adjusted Reinvestments and Terminal Value Estimation
6) Through the Cycle Funding analysis of the start-up - Seed stage through IPO stage
7) The Capitalization Table - Series A, B, C funding analysis
8) Pre-emptive Rights (Rights issue) and related calculations to prevent dilution
The workshop will be held on August 20 & 21 (2 hours each). The excercise material and the link to workshop will be shared via an email on the day of the workshop.
