Terms & Conditions

1. Training Terms and Conditions ; 

 

The following constitute the terms and conditions to which applicants agree when booking any training or e-learning courses (“Terms & Conditions”). If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must not accept these Terms & Conditions and may not use the documentation, whether printed or available online, provided by Wizenius in relation with the training (“Training Material”). Wizenius reserves the right to review and update these Terms & Conditions periodically at its sole discretion. BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, BY USING OR ACCESSING Wizenius TRAINING MATERIAL, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.  

 

2. Conducting Training

 

Wizenius agrees to provide training as per the offering mentioned on the website/ brochure of the Company at the time of enrolment. 

 

3. Enrollment

 

By enrolling as a student, the student agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Wizenius. These currently include general disciplinary rules and regulations relating to learning, training and fees. Please note these may change from time to time at the sole discretion of Wizenius. Wizenius will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any such changes.

  • In the event that the student is unable to submit the relevant documents supporting/testifying his/her qualification for the course, Wizenius reserves the right to withdraw/terminate the enrollment with immediate effect without any recourse to the student whatsoever.

  • Wizenius has the right to cancel the course at any point for reason whatsoever.

  • If the student fails to pay the requisite fees in pre-agreed installments within the stipulated time, Wizenius stands the right to cancel admission without any liability of refund of fees paid by the student. Wizenius also reserves the right to extend the seat to any other candidate in place of the defaulting student.

  • If the student wishes to discontinue the course, Wizenius is not liable to refund any paid fees.

  • This offer and any subsequent registration are made on the basis that the information supplied in your application papers is accurate, true and complete, and that you hold the qualifications and/or current or past employer name/s and job position/s mentioned in the form. In the event that any information provided is inaccurate/misrepresented, Wizenius reserves the right to cancel the student admission without any recourse to the student whatsoever. Wizenius will not be liable to refund any paid fees in such as event.

  • The content of individual courses and the curriculum for any given degree are under constant academic review and may change from time to time, with some courses being modified, discontinued or replaced. In addition, external factors may make it unviable for the Wizenius to provide a previously offered option.

  • Upon completion of the training, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Completion in Investment Banking

  • Student agrees to maintain confidentiality of the course content and distributed materials, and agrees not to distribute or upload or make available to any individual, voluntary or involuntarily. Infringement of any intellectual property rights is subject to and not limited to termination of enrollment. The student is also subject to criminal/civil proceedings in such an event.

  • The institute reserves the right to withhold the certificate until the student’s fees have been paid. 

  • By signing the enrollment form, the student provides unconditional consent to Wizenius for use of his/her name, and other details in Wizenius's publicity campaign/marketing/advertising, using all media forms.

  • Student clearly agrees that no representations or guarantees have been made by Wizenius towards job placements, salaries or any other, any discussions or correspondence in this regard are only indicative and do not imply any contractual obligation.

  • If any provision of the contract, constituted by acceptance by the student of Wizenius offer of admission, shall be held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that contract shall continue to be valid as to the other provisions contained in it and the remainder of the affected provision.

  • Any notice or other information that, either Wizenius or the student requires to give to the other in connection with the agreement entered into between them, may be given by electronic means, by hand or sent by first-class prepaid post, facsimile transmission or comparable means of communication.

  • All information provided by Wizenius is deemed to be proprietary and confidential, student will not disclose or distribute, redistribute or hold any confidential information or any proprietary information in any form in perpetuity after the completion of the course.

  • Student waives the right to contest the decisions of Wizenius and all decisions made by Wizenius will be considered full, final and binding on the Student.

  • The liability of Wizenius of any nature towards the students is limited only to the extent of the student’s fees paid by them. Wizenius shall also not be liable to the students for punitive, exemplary, special, indirect, or consequential damages.

4. Pre-Requisites: Participants are required to be 18 years or above on the date of enrollment. Basic computer literacy and basic accounting knowledge would be required to enroll for the course

 

5. Refunds Policy: Fees once paid shall not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances. It is the sole responsibility of the student/user enrolling into a Program to check the accuracy of, and evaluate the suitability and relevance of, the Program elected. The enrollment into a Program is non-transferable.

 

6. Our obligations/liability: Wizenius ensures that all our training services are delivered diligently and in a good, timely and professional manner consistent with industry standards. The training services will be performed as described in the individual class agendas. But it does not warrant that the provision of any content online will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely or error free, that defects will be corrected or that such content is secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors and omissions. Due to the current technology, access to the server/live sessions with teaching materials cannot be guaranteed at all times, Wizenius is not liable if access is not available for a short period of time.

 

7.  Ownership and Intellectual property rights on training programme and Materials:  The Training Services, and any documentation, presentations, hand-outs, models, presentation materials, reports, studies, analysis, recommendations, estimates, calculations, information, materials or documents (“Materials”) that are prepared or used by Wizenius for the Training Services remain Wizenius’s property, and Wizenius retains all copyright and any other intellectual property rights in and to these Materials. Wizenius grants the Students the nontransferable right to use the Materials for the purposes of the Student furthering their understanding of the relevant industry, technical and/or software to which the Training Services relate. The Student is not entitled to re-use the Materials to provide further training to other persons (train the trainer) unless specifically consented to by Wizenius. All other rights are reserved to Wizenius. Wizenius may revoke this right if the Student does not pay all amounts due, or if the Student contravenes a material term of this AGREEMENT. Materials provided to Student under this Agreement are intended solely for the benefit of the nominated Student and not for use of any third parties. Student agrees that he/she will not copy, re-use or disclose any Materials to any third party without Wizenius’s prior written consent and any reuse by the Student or others for purposes outside of this Agreement or any failure to follow Wizenius's recommendations shall be at the user's sole risk.

Recording and photography by participant or any third party is not permitted as it breaches the Wizenius's rights.

 

8. Confidentiality Provisions:  The participant is obligated to keep confidential all business and company secrets made known to him/her during training. This obligation is not limited to the training period. The participant may not share these with a third party or use them for his/her own purposes without written permission from Wizenius. The participant may not conduct any internal or external training or certification exams of Wizenius's products.

 

9. Cancellation or Transfer:  1. Once you have booked a bundle or a module the fee is non- refundable. If you cancel any bundle or module you will not be entitled to any refund. There is no charge for transferring your booking to the same course on an alternative date provided by Wizenius. If you transfer your booking you will not receive any refund, and you will not be entitled to transfer more than once. 2. Cancellation by Wizenius. Wizenius reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment by providing notice prior to schedule commencement date.

 

10. Miscellaneous:  

Privacy Policy. All information provided by you under these Terms & Conditions will be treated in accordance with Wizenius's Privacy Policy. 

BASIC PRINCIPLES Please read all the Terms of Use carefully. Without limiting any term of the Terms of Use, the following are a few basic principles that apply to your use of the Services: You must be 18 years or older to use the Services. You are responsible for all content you post via the Service 

MODIFICATION Wizenius reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue or terminate the Services at any time without prior notice.

JURISDICTION: The Terms of Use and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the Republic of India without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action with respect to the subject matter of the Terms of Use will be the state of Maharashtra, India.
